Chendo & Sons remodeled both the primary and guest bathrooms, with each space requiring a different approach. The primary bathroom was reconfigured with changes to the layout, while the guest bathroom received a like-for-like remodel with updated fixtures.


The project also extended beyond the bathrooms with whole-house painting and new LED canless lighting installed throughout the home.

Reconfiguring the Primary Bathroom

The primary bathroom required more than replacing existing finishes. Walls were changed and the space was reconfigured to create a new bathroom layout.


As part of the remodel, Chendo & Sons built a new shower and relocated the vanities and toilet. These changes allowed the bathroom to be rebuilt around its updated configuration.

Updating the Bathroom Flooring

New quartz tile was installed on the primary bathroom floor as part of the renovation.


The flooring became another component of the remodeled space, complementing the larger layout changes and newly installed bathroom features.

Refreshing the Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom followed a more straightforward, like-for-like remodeling approach. Rather than significantly changing the existing layout, the project focused on replacing key bathroom features.


A new shower, toilet, and vanity were installed to update the space while maintaining its general configuration.

Extending Improvements Throughout the Home

Although the bathrooms were central to the project, the renovation also included improvements throughout the rest of the house.


Chendo & Sons painted the entire home and installed new LED canless lights throughout, extending the project's updates beyond the two remodeled bathrooms.
